About Founder

Tiffanie Walton is the true “Essence” of black Girls rock! She personifies strength, fortitude, determination, compassion, and persistence. Tiffanie’s immense passion for nursing was born while living with her Aunt in Vineland, NJ and watching her leave home 5 to 7 days a week to provide a service that was vital to the community. She was a NURSE!

Inspired by the love and affection demonstrated towards her aunt, Tiffanie ultimately embarked on a career in nursing. Overcoming several hardships, Tiffanie graduated from her role as a Certified Nursing Assistant to a candidate for Nurse Practitioner Licensure while also accepting her role as a Nurse-Preneur. She is the owner of NEAT Health, LLC, D&G Uniforms, and has authored two books.

Tiffanie’s stellar career in nursing has catapulted her into leadership roles, such as a Nurse Educator, Staff Development, Risk Manager, and currently the Director of Nursing for a local health facility. 

 

While in the role of Director of Nursing, Tiffanie influenced several positive outcomes, never short on operating in excellence, she hit the ground running upon her arrival into the field of Nursing. While all of her accomplishments as a nurse are outstanding, for more important is the difference she has made within her community.

Tiffanie’s personal mission, is to continue to be a positive, contributing member of her community. To provide the blue print of success that was given to her to single mothers and to continue to encourage them to reach for not only the stars but the galaxy.

 

Tiffanie has a goal of allowing her gifts to be fruitful and multiply! This will be done through various initiatives for underserved communities. 

 

Tiffanie’s light for nursing will never dim, because nursing is in her DNA. This is not just a profession for her this is her chosen life’s journey!

 

By the Father’s grace, nursing will continue to be Tiffanie’s conduit of the Father’s love and compassion!
